Would anyone have time to talk me through an install Server 2019?

Hi, I have been trying to install osTicket for 3 days. I have got so far and failed. I have then cleared up and started again and again and again. This is never ending at the minute. I am asking anyone with experience to give me a hand with this please. I will really appreciate it. Once I get started, I will be happy to go from there.

I am sorry for being a pain. I understand that people are busy.
I cannot install on a Linux Server as it is going on my VApps Server which is Windows 2019. I have followed the instructions as best as possible.
I have made some progress and I am now sitting at the area for Oaut2 Client Plugin needs Client Id and Client Secret. I am just working my way through the instructions for that.
