Hi guys,
we´ve migrated our environment from on-premise to Azure Cloud.
Currently we are informed, that the export function out of Tickets is not working anymore.
They cannot tell us, when it last worked.
currently i can tell you, that the export-function itself is working for USERS --> User --> Export and User --> Organisation, but for Tickets its not working.

that is our system info. i´ve checked the php logs, but there is nothing logged regarding an problem with export.

This appears everytime, when i try to export tickets out of ticket-tab ..
i try to check the class.export.php for a entry called temp_directory, where the files will be cached, but its not telling me anything.
Question, is there any definition for the temp directory located directly in osticket?? Because the /tmp Directory i gave full access to iisusrs.
