Hello, just to let you know that the problem has been solved, we had to communicate directly with the hosting provider, and they made the corresponding configurations; They told us the following:
"reviewing thoroughly, we have made a change in the handler of that version"
Too:
"Rules were adjusted in ModSec, in the Host, this internally."
This was the adjustment they made, we are working correctly with the latest version of Osticket V.1.17.2, together with the plugins required by it. Thanks.
