You will need to check your logs for any related errors (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.). In the meantime you can go to the database and clear out auth_bk
(make it empty) and set auth_id
to NULL
for the relevant ost_email_account records and see if that helps. If that doesn’t work you can also try deleting the email and re-adding it.
Also, when creating a new post you need to add a screenshot of your Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information page so we can better assist you.
