We have osticket1.17 version.
We have one email support@example.com.
There are 2 group IDs , support1@example.com and support2@example.com.
Both these groups have the group support@example.com.
We have mapped support@example.com to fetch mails and create tickets.
As this mail ID is beneath both the groups mentioned, any mail sent to either of the groups creates tickets.
We have created 2 departments. Dept 1 and dept 2.
The requirement is to assign tickets for which mails have been sent to support1 to department 1 . And assign tickets to department2 which have received mails to support2 group.
We tried adding email address to and cc filters to achieve this. It does not seem to work.
Can some one help please.
