I have a very strange issue with the email addresses of a specific domain (lets say domain.gr). Until now there were 3 users with email addresses from the same domain (user1@domain.gr, user2@domain.gr, user3@domain.gr). Each user has sever tickets in the system.
The first issue I saw was that the emails from the users didn't be fetched in the system. They were marked as unread but never fetched. Also the tickets that are already in the system, from the same users, are not opening anymore.
I can preview the thread but it is not opening.
If I change the user everything is ok.
I searched the DB for duplicate users, but didn't find any.
The system log has only records for excessive errors processing emails, which comes from the first issue I mention above.
Any suggestions will be helpful.
