I have downloaded and installed osTicket v1.17.2 on windows and configured it to run under IIS. Application runs fine but i'm not able setup the SMTP configuration for sending emails. I have created a new email address from
Admin Panel -> Emails -> EMail and setup the SMTP details in Outgoing (SMTP) and hit the save button I get the "5.5.1 Error: command not implemented".

My intension is when a user logs into the application and creates a new ticked, he should receive a email alert with the ticket status.
Basically i'm stuck at this point and need some help.
