Does this version of osTicket require php8.0? I've been having issues trying to upgrade the server to PHP8 so figured I try to upgrade to this version if php7 is compatible.

    None of the currently supported versions of osTicket support PHP 7 or below. Both 1.16.x and 1.17.x only support PHP 8.0-8.1. PHP 8.2 just came out so it's not yet fully supported.
