Dear Team,
We have a problem during drag and drop attachment.
JS script stuck on line 680

We read most of thread in forum but without luck.

We don't know where is a pattern.

Some info from our system:

There aren't no php and apache errors.
OSTicket pure from your website without external plugins.

We noticed a problem with pdf, zip, xlsm attachments, but problem with attachments generally.
If we use attache by button, problem occurs that same.
Example, we have form in excel file. When we try attache to OST fail, but when we modify a little then attache without problems.

We try few fix from forum and github but without luck 🙁

My apologies I read this as the text editor not the file uploader. So this is with the file uploader specifically.

Do you have this patch applied?

Also, what does the file upload field configuration look like?
