Email format error

Hi, may I know why the user email become from madlia@domain.com to this "=?utf-8?Q?Mohd=20Adli=20Bin=20Awang=20@ <=20Jaafar?= madlia@domain.com>" ..

Because you have a special character in the Email Name. You need to make it an actual name instead of the email address.
