Hello, I have a problem with the help topics. I create a help topic and disable "ticket issue" and "ticket summary" from the built-in form "ticket details". When I create a ticket as a User with my new help topic I get an HTTP 500 error now.

I'm not sure how you could have disabled Issue Summary and Issue Details. But they are required.
