Released (unassigned) agent in Task

Hi, below are the details of my osticket.

I accidentally assigned the task to one of the agent. Then we would like to unassigned it back but it shows as below.

I need clarification on why we cannot release (unassigned) the task once we assigned to the agent.

Releasing assignment from Tasks are not a feature at this time. You are welcome to make a feature request on our Github.
