Please help add a phone number column on the agent panel.
I have managed to add a column (Phone), but the Phone column is not populated by phone numbers. Is there anything else I need to do I missed? Thanks

I have a new issue. I have an error "Missing CDATA table on my panel. I recently just updated my forms.
Also, I read they said to run the corn job manually, but the instructions are for windows only. My Osticket is installed in cpanel
You don't HAVE to run it manually, just if you want it to run immediately. You can review the Cron Job documentation here:

Glad to hear that you were able to add a column to your project. I think I might be able to help you with the issue of the Phone column not being populated with phone numbers. Have you tried generate phone numbers for the column? Sometimes, we forget to add data to a new column and it's left empty. I use a phone number generator for work all the time and it works like a charm. Give it a try and see if it solves your problem.

It's a phone number which is not unique... so you could use 1234567890 or 1112223333. etc
