Not currently. This is the record selected if you hit enter.
You use Arrows keys to move it down, etc.
donvito7 The search engine shows a list of the keyword but when you pick one from the list it replace the customers name as a keyword and displays all tickets of the customer instead just (5) tickets where the keyword has been found.
Simple Search shows you options. You select the option and it changes from searching for just to the persons name justin or justine that it matched on. Maybe you are looking for is [Advanced] Search (to the right of the search field.
