Duplicate ticket from CC / Colloborator

1 . I have created a ticket in e mail and after created i have got reply from os ticket application.

2 . After received this mail i have replied for approval to my colleague.

Then my colleague replied.

After replied to me one more ticket creating .

All the replies need to be come in same ticket without creating duplicate , How to perform this . If i create a ticket in application and added collaborator means working fine whereas when create ticket from e mail this kind of duplicates coming. Advice for this issue
