Hi,
we use since 1.14 the LDAP Plugin to connect osTicket to our domain.
Since 1.17 we have some problems..
1) before the users can login by email or username (firstname.lastname)
Now they have to add "domain\firstname.lastname"
How can I change it?
2) Users wich are loggin now, lost their mail adress:
from "firstname.lastname@domain.de" is now; "@"

And if I try via scp to change the mail adresse, the popup load unlimited..
Update:
I've updated my database with the user backends, cause we had some login problems. (I don't know if this helped or not)
But It seems to help a bit.
