Hi, Agent portal is working fine but when i try to log in as a customer i am provided with this error This page isn’t working is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

Look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
