Multiple Email Accounts - Not checking all

System Details
osTicket: v.1.17.2
Web Server: !!S
MySQL: 5.7.27
PHP: 8.1.11

I am new to OSTicket having inherited an old 1.14 version. I have managed to get it updated to v1.17.2 and get the email authorised correctly to Microsoft using OAuth2.

I have multiple email addresses setup in the system which then process the emails for each department. I have also setup the auto cronjob which works on the first email account only.

Under Email - Settings - Incoming Email - Email Fetching is enabled and Fetch on auto-cron is disabled. It makes no difference if auto-cron is enabled. Both account also have Email Fetching Enabled.

Is there something I am missing to get the second email address to be fetched in the cron job as well?

Make sure the token is being updated, make sure you have IMAP enabled successfully, other than that check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
