Hello is there any way to get autocomplete option of email address in Client Portal -Open a New Ticket i.e:-
How can i make it work? when user type their email id automatically appear?

The only option with the core code is to have your Users register for accounts so that they can login and create Tickets without having to retype their information every time.
Other than that you must modify the code.
