Client Side Session disconnecting V 1.17.2

Hi, I just reinstalled OS ticket 17.2 on Ubuntu 22.10.

I did the patch of version 17.2 (https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/6379 , which consists in modifying the file include/class.usersession.php)

And on the client side the users loses the session randomly.

In version 17.0 I don't have this problem. I thought it was a problem with my LAMP server and I did the whole installation from scratch. And I'm still having the same issue.

Is there something I'm doing wrong, does anyone else have this problem?

Yea the session is getting regenerated and I think the page loads before it gets the full session. If you refresh you should be able to see the user logged in again. Something we are looking into.

Good morning,
I have the same issue with latest osTicket version 1.17.2 downloaded from github repo.
If it could be useful, I've made some test: Ubuntu Server with Apache 2.4.52 and MariaDB 10.6.11, Windows with Apache 2.4.54 and MySQL 8.0.32, using Browsers Chrome and Firefox.
