white frame when agent create a ticket

Hello (sorry for my poor english)

when a agent create a ticket we have an internal error

we are un debian 10.13 , php 8.1, apache 2.4

and we have found this in apache log

It looks like an AJAX issue to me.

I do not have this issue with my production site(s).
The differences in our environment are:
I am running PHP 8.0 you are running 8.1.
You are running APCu and I am not.
You are running a language pack.

I suspect its something in PHP8.1 but let's try to narrow thigns down a bit,
Can you turn of the APCu extension and restart Apache and see if it helps? (you can always turn it back on).
Can you switch to English and see if that helps (this should only affect your Agent account and again you can always turn it back).
