Hello. I just completed an upgrade from 1.15.4 to 1.17.2. Changed PHP version from 7.4 to 8.1 and cannot view the agent panel or modify any queues inside of Settings - Tickets - Queues. Agent panel is a blank page, when opening any queue and clicking on any setting at the top of that queue (Columns, Sort, Conditions etc..) nothing happens when clicking until you refresh the page to click in a different setting. We do have Custom Queues setup but even the normal "Open" one cannot view settings in without more errors in the log.

  • I restored the VM back to the backup before I did the upgrade shortly after I sent the original message so we have the system back online. Last night I went ahead and did the upgrade one more time intending to troubleshoot the custom queues however doing the upgrade again everything is working fine now again. No PHP errors when viewing queues and all elements are on the queue pages and working. So must of had an issue during the first upgrade.

    Thanks

    Crashdown

You have a queue with some jacked up criteria/columns. You can try disabling each custom queue until you figure out which one it is. Once you figure out which Queue it is you can send me all the info of what the criteria is, what the columns are, etc. and we can go from there.

    Cheers.
