Hi everybody, i'm new in osTicket and also i'm noob on Linux, i'm trying to configure email to create tickets, I followed the official documentation, videos and all stuff but it doesn't work, all looks fine, i don't have any error in osTicket but i cant create tickets from emails. Any idea of what's happening?, where can i look for any hint of what's wrong? Thank you beforehand c:

Did you enable email fetching at the system level? Have you created a cron job yet?
