Bold title for Internal Notes

Is it possible to modify the title text of the Internal Notes box? In our case we would like to make the text bold. I am okay with editing code if I know where to look.

thalasur an easy fix (what we do) is to change the color of the note's title bar to make it more visible. It is located under .thread-entry.note .header in the file scp/css/scp.css. There, a suitable color can be applied.

Sure you could take the time to look at learn and understand the code base and then edit it.

Alternatively you could hire a freelancer to edit the code for you. (note: I'm not sure that I would recommend this unless you know the person is trust worthy and knows the code already.)

I saw your post about wanting a bold title for internal notes in osTicket. It's a cool idea, and I totally get where you're coming from.
