What provider are you using? (Gmail, O365, etc.) If you are using O365 they've disabled basic auth on October 1, 2022. You will need to upgrade to the latest version, install the OAuth2 plugin, and configure OAuth2 for your emails.
Help please i see no email when i send a confirmation
This is because you don't have outgoing mail working. If you don't have outgoing mail working how is it supposed to send an email.
