After upgrade to 1.7.3, impossible to open attached documents in xlsx, png....

Hello everbody,
Since the upgrade to 1.16.3 last saturdya , I can no longer open attached documents such as xlsx, pdf, png. All the attached documents that we try to open, the dedicated application informs me that the file may be corrupt or that I do not have administrative rights. I did the test by opening a ticket with an xlsx document, and indeed I can't open it, even after downloading it, opening remains impossible.

You need to provide more information. Where are the attachments stored? Database, filesystem, S3? Did you confirm these attachments were working before the upgrade?

The documents are stocked in the database and it worked before upgrade.
The document size limit is 50mb.

You will need to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. Are you able to find the attachments and relevant file + file_chunk records in the database for the broken attachments? If they all live in the database they should be fine unless your tables/data got corrupted somehow.
