Since the upgrade to 1.16.3 last saturdya , I can no longer open attached documents such as xlsx, pdf, png. All the attached documents that we try to open, the dedicated application informs me that the file may be corrupt or that I do not have administrative rights. I did the test by opening a ticket with an xlsx document, and indeed I can't open it, even after downloading it, opening remains impossible.
