Attachment capacity

Hi.
I have a problem with editing settings - increasing the attachment capacity. In PHP.ini I entered such lines as:
post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 50M

Unfortunately the above changes do not help, further in the settings you see the standard size of attachments. Is anyone able to help me?
I think I looked through all the posts related to this topic on the forum and no option helped.

What exactly are your trying to accomplish? What are your environment details? Please read the below post and update this thread with the requested information afterwards:

Hi,
We had a similar problem.
After changing the php file u need to change 2 settings in the admin-panel on the webinterface:
First in the "System" tab and then under the "Ticket" tab there are configuration button for attachments
There you need to do the change too
