Hie Support there is a user who cannt open a ticket he has admin rights and all other rights, If i search for the ticket i cannot find it tho(using my account) please assist on what i need to permit for him to veiw this ticket
It Appears i cant see all of yesterdays tickets too

You need to make sure the Agent has Department Access to the Tickets.
