Can't import a PDF into a Ticket

Hi,
I'm not being able to import a PDF file in a ticket.0
OSTicket shows this error: File Upload Error + name of file + Undefined 500
I've tried with many others similar files, and we have been doing this with no troubles for a wile...
¿How can I solve it?
