2fa pending, from yesterday not receiving mfa email,

in MariaDB i have changed isactive to 0 but still no luck, I can't log in, still, it is asking for 2fa.
friday it was working fine but when I checked on Monday this issue started so now no can login to ticketing system.

remove the entry for the 2fa plugin. id=3
or remove the plugins/auth-2fa.phar file.
see if that helps.

I think that there might also be a entry in the ost-config table for the account also.
