Seems like you are having network/DNS issues as it says No such host as imap.gmail.com. You can reach out to your system's administrator or hosting provider for further assistance. This is outside the scope of osTicket.

I wouldn’t think so as your server can’t find the hostname. Check your DNS settings on the server. Add google's DNS and retest.
