Hi, i just finished setting up osticket and i have a question. I have an email address where a certain company sends me help requests, they all have to come through the same email address but i want to automatically forward them to my opearators based on keywords (for example: emails contains the word "Florence" ---> send to operator 1, emails contains the word "Berlin" ---> send to operator 7). How can i do it?
