Hello,

we have a osticket 1.16 installed under Debian 10 with a mount to a storage to map the filesystem storage path working 100%.

Due to need of implement OAuth we planned to update to 1.17 and activate this plugin .
But as soon we "smash" the source code with the new files we are logoff of the backoffice and no longer are able to login.

Under apache logs we get the following errors:
"Uncaught Exception: No such backend registered " , but the filesystem is ok and we can acess the mount path without any issues.

PS - PHP is 8.0.18 .

Any ideas ?
Thank you.

You can disable all plugins before upgrading, download the new versions of all the plugins, replace the old ones, and then upgrade.

    Cheers.

Hi, we have already tried that option but without luck,
Could it be permissions allocated to the new uploaded files ?
Should we force chmod 755 to all of them ?

You can definitely try that. You may need to completely remove the plugins and re-add them. Also, make sure you are downloading the 1.17.x plugins from our website.

      Cheers.
