I've noticed that everytime I do anything that is supposed to generate in an email being sent, that I get a server 500 error. I have checked the error log and nothing is there. Here is my info:
osTicket Version v1.17 (1d8b790) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 5.7.27
PHP Version 8.0.25
I am able to create tickets as a user, but as soon as I submit, server 500 error. The ticket does go through, but as soon as I try to respond as the admin, server 500 error. I tried testing an email in the back end, and it goes to server 500 error. I can't seem to get the email set up as POP or STMP, but isn't PHP supposed to be the default? So what have I not checked to make sure that's working? I'm not sure what to do at this point.
