We are currently on osTicket v1.14.3, and I was wondering if what I've had requested of me is possible within any version of osTicket, or if there is a plugin to allow the requested actions.
I have created department, help topic etc so when an email hits this inbox the ticket gets created and then gets filtered between PM or PA based on senders , and I've added 17 custom fields to the Ticket Details form that handle the different requirements. I've now run in to a bit of a brick wall with the next request, auto populate these custom fields based on sender email addresses or what is in the subject line of the email.
Is there a way to add the custom fields to Filter Actions in the admin panel? What I'd hope to be able to do is
filter ticket\issue summary, contains "xyz",
filter action assign agent PM,
filter action set Scope (custom field) as Project (an option in the list for this field)
In filtering, I can set the filter to look at the subject of the email, but I can't access any of the custom fields to do what the user is asking for.
any help would be appreciated.
