Hi, I can not see all threads when the ticket has been merged with another ticket even I have full access. Is there any flow or roles that need to config?

You will need to Link Tickets instead of Merging them if you still want the child tickets to be able to respond to them, etc. If you Merge Tickets the threads are merged to the parent.
