This just suddenly happened. I have no issues before for a couple of months. Then suddenly, this error came up.

ramrajone Thank you for the guide. This helped a lot. In addition, I found out that the network admin in our company have put an IP restrictions on the helpdesk the reason for the error. After removing the IP restrictions, all works normally.
