I'm having this problem when i'm trying to upgrade my osTicket, i can't do anything.
Do you know what it's happening?

I don’t know you’ll have to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any errors.

When i clic the button: Upgrade now appears this window saying something went wrong.
The plugins that appears there i don't if i need do something else. Let me check my logs and i'll share to you.

I saw this errors on my osticket logs:
That means you didn’t download and install the new versions of the plugins before upgrading.
Oh okay, so maybe i need to do a rollback for install correctly the plugins and then upgrade my osticket? Or what it's the best choice? Sorry, i'm a little lost, i'm new on this.
Yes. Rollback would be best just in case the failed upgrade causes any issues. Then once you rollback upload the latest plugins and retry upgrade.
Note, you should always update plugins when doing major version upgrade.
