Ticket Backlog refers to sum of unresolved tickets that are open longer than 1 day.
I'm working with the query below, I'm trying to get all backlog, but I'm note able to grupo by agent, I'm want to tracking the activity backlog by agent.
*here the query*

, (select count(*) from ost_ticket
