
Hello, We've been experiencing an issue since putting 1.17 into production 2 weeks ago where customers using our web portal are having to double post their tickets. It seems intermittent because I've only been able to reproduce it once. Clearing cookies seemed to help for me so I had been touting that as a "solution" but the problem appears to keep coming back after a while for those who have the issue. I have also recommended switching browsers and that can sometimes help, but the issue will come up again on that browser after some time.
This description is from one of our customers using the web-facing portal:
The issue is when we are signed in and trying to create tickets. When we attempt to submit the ticket the information clears out completely. We are then having to re enter all the information and attempt to submit the ticket. Additionally I typed out the reply above and attempted to post the reply and had the same issue. There is no error listed, just that we have to re enter any information or message. Multiple users are having the same issue.
We've had this happen several times on many different forms, even just logging in, so I can't seem to pinpoint where exactly the issue is coming from. I didn't immediately report the issue because I was trying to find similar posts on the forums but none seem to come up, so I'm worried this could be local to our instance. Any ideas?
