Is there an option to link to a Knowledgeable article while composing a response to a ticket? Is something like that on the roadmap? I mean something like a dropdown where I can search knowledgebase articles while composing a response to a ticket and then select it to have it linked in my response.

    Not at this time and yes on Feature Request List for possible future development. Doesn't mean it'll ever happen just a requested feature.

    At this time you can add KB article links to a Canned Response and search/link them that way.
