Hi, we are using itticket@xxx.com to handle all the incoming email to create ticket in our ticket system. And noreply@xxx.com to handle all the alert. But strange thing happened today. When an email sent to our Admin's Email itgroup@xxx.com a ticket will be created in our ticket system. Even there is no email send to itticket@xxx.com, this never happen to us before. could anyone please help me on this? Thank you! And here is our setting for email:

Do you have a forwarding tule or something? Maybe his mail got forwarded to the system email somehow.
