Osticket for some reason as stoped fetching emails and converting to tickets,I have noticed its not authenticating my email Helpdesk@syntegra.solutions but the setting seem to be correct kindly assist.
shepherdmu From the screenshots it looks like you're not running version 1.17? If so, chances are it's because Microsoft have disabled basic authentication on your tenant. You can temporarily re-enable it following the steps at https://www.kraftkennedy.com/how-to-temporarily-re-enable-basic-authentication-in-exchange-online/ , but long term you'll need to update to version 1.17, with the OAuth2 plugin.
