New Ticket - User search field not appearing

Hello,

Upgraded to 1.17 from 1.16.3 last night. IIS10/PHP8.0.18

When creating a new ticket, the popup window is not populating, just get a small white rectangle rather than search fields. We can press ESC and complete the new ticket form, but search used to appear on 1.16.3

Please see screenshot for example and install info.

Can anyone help here?

You need to look at your logs for any related errors.

The white bar of death usually indicates that AJAX requests are not working correctly.
Check your webserver logs, php error log, and developer console in the browser for errors and let us know what you see.
