Add confirmation dialog to "Delete FAQ"/More detailed permissions for FAQ

Hi,
it is a bit dangerous that the "Delete FAQ" button right below the FAQ entry doesn't have some kind of confirmation dialog, but instead just deletes the entry,

And for the permissions, it would be cool when they can be a bit more granular like for tickets and tasks, so that I can say that deletion is only allowed for admins and so on.

I will mention that this will likely be part of v2.0 or after so it may be a while before this comes to fruition.
