Buenas, tengo un problema cuando quiero cerrar un ticket este se queda cargando tal como adjunto en la imagen me esta pasando con 2 tickets diferentes no puedo cerrar ni como administrador ni como agente.

    You are using an old version that had bugs. You need to upgrade to one of the latest versions and retest.

      Hi, I have the same problem, just now, Im have the last version of osticket, this happened after install a SSL certificate...

        You need to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

        I reviewed the logs, however, there isnt nothing about this situation, I removed the certificate and the problem persist, I let know that the problem is only in the new tickets, the previous tickets open normally (these tckets where created in the 1.15 version), but the new tickets (created in the version 1.17) not be open correctly

        And the previous ticket works without problem

        After some test I know that the problem is the version 1.17, I tried to create a new ticket manually and the problem is here (in the creation)
