We are currently having an issue on accessing OS Ticket from outside. However, if we accessing OS Ticket from internal, there were no issue. Please refer to the image attached.

Badrishah97 - Your DNS is not propagated globally. The hostname = support.realdatamatrix.com does not resolve = https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/support.realdatamatrix.com
Internally you may have configured your DNS server, but you need to configure your nameservers to know the External (Public) IP address of your new osTicket Server.
As well as what sjswarts said, you also need to make sure that you have Firewall policies configured to allow inbound access. If you have a network engineer, consult with them about it.
