Greetings! When I create the text, the text is in the left corner as it should be but when I edit the ticket the cursor is in the middle and there is no way I can leave it in the left corner like this when the ticket is created.

You have modified the CSS and as a result you broke something (or just didn't add the right CSS to extend the width of the editor content as well). This is something you need to address as it's with a customization. We do not support customizations.

Well the customizations you made are specific to your instance so really no one else would run into it but if you want to share the fix then go for it.
