junosapien Also, since you are using Linux/Apache the cgi.fix_pathifo isn't really that critical for you.
I am on 1.15.8 and do not have the issue you mention above. It has been most likely fixed in on of the subsequent patches since .4 was released. It also looks like you might be using some customization on the pages as well. If so, that could be breaking it.
Hi guys - sorry I thought had included the response in my post, but I see I did not. It is "URL not supported". We are currently in the middle of upgrading some other software. os Ticket is still on the list. The customization you see is purely cosmetic. Unless you mean the forms created in the admin panel for the extra information?
Yea but even though it’s “cosmetic” it could still be affecting the code. You need to test on a clean install with no mods.

junosapien What Operating system are you using for the server and the client connecting? Are you using just another vhost on the same server as the production side? I am running 1.15.8 and can not reproduce the error on my production side or my test lab. It appears the old File Drop window is still appearing or maybe it is doing that based on the client operating system. All my Windows 10 client computers as soon as you click browse, they open file explorer to choose what to upload.
Ok - this is interesting - I do not get an error in the scp, but I am still unable to choose a file......
The Choose option will only show files that have been uploaded directly through the Image Icon > Choose option before. So if you've never uploaded a file through the Image Icon > Upload option then nothing will appear there.
In order to browser your computer's files you will need to click the Upload tab, and click the box to open your local image manager. You can also drag/drop the images into the editor and/or attachment box OR click the attachment box to open your local image manager.

KevinTheJedi Correct me if I'm wrong @KevinTheJedi , but that also looks like the file explorer for the system logo and the SCP login page file chooser. Since the background shows him on the Ticket creation page, you wouldn't be using the Choose option would you?
It only shows that popup if you click the editor's Image Icon (which is the Choose option).

KevinTheJedi Strange. When I click on "Choose Them", it goes straight to a Windows File Explorer window asking me to select what files I want to attach to a ticket. No Modifications.
That's different than what I'm talking about and what the OP is doing. He's clicking the editor's Image Icon in the toolbar and then going to the Choose tab.
What you're doing is what I mentioned earlier:
... OR click the attachment box to open your local image manager.
