Hello All,
Faced into a problem. Suspect it's a bug since I can reproduce it on the clean install. Need some help in how to debug it.
Here are the details:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Install OSticket
2) Create canned reply with attached file(s)
3) Wait for some time (in my experience, several hours or one day)
4) Try to reply using created template
Expected result: reply is sent with attached file(s)
Actual result: Reply text is sent without attached files.

One can overcome this issue by pressing "Reset" before posting reply. button which sometimes results in 500 error but attached files howerer are being sent:

I need some advice on how to debug this one.
